Recently the use of Flash has been removed from archive.org. This is part of a necessary evolution. As a result some functionality is not currently available. This includes the permanent removal of "Classic Uploader" and some file editing capabilities. We realize this is an inconvenience and we hope to restore the file editing capability as soon as possible. Uploading will now run through our s3-like system.
Unrelated to this is some server maintenance that is ongoing that making the s3 less reliable for the next few days. As a result you may see some 400 Network Interruption errors. You may of course try "Resume" or simply wait a few days for the maintenance to be completed.
A 503 error is also not related to the uploader. If you receive one of those please click the "details" link and copy/paste the message into an email to us. We will be able to promptly address that.
